Processing & Handling
All orders require up to 3 business days for processing and handling before they are shipped. During this time, we carefully verify, prepare, and package your order for delivery.
Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use the provided tracking information to monitor your package's progress until it arrives.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, please be aware that your items may arrive in separate shipments. We work with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers, so products may ship from different locations.
If your order is split into multiple shipments:
- You may receive more than one tracking number.
- Packages may arrive on different days.
- There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, high shipping volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding if unexpected delays arise.
